    Correction for 2025 Benefit Book  
    On page 9 of the book there was an error stating that Non-Medicare Eligible Duty Disabled HRA could be available to a Surviving Spouses.  This was an error.  Surviving Spouses are NOT eligible for the Non-Medicare Duty Disabled HRA. This has now been corrected.

    To improve the processing of HRA Reimbursement Claims a fund specific fax and email address have been set up. 

    You can now submit your claims and supporting documents to:
