The Cascade Pension Trust is a multiemployer, collectively bargained trust fund established under a Trust Agreement between Local Unions 280, 659, and 932 (Local Unions) of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W.) and the Oregon Pacific-Cadcade Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
