A. | Effective July 22, 1999, you generally are eligible to participate in the Plan on the date that you first perform an hour of service with an Employer. However, on or after January 1, 1992, but before July 22, 1999, you generally had to complete one year of service to become a participant in this Plan. Each Participant of the Prior Plan on January 1, 1987 continues to be a Participant in this Plan. |

A. | The Plan Year is a twelve-month period beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31 of each year. The records of the plan are maintained on a plan year basis. |

A. | Enrollment in the Plan is automatic. However, you should complete an enrollment form to ensure that the Plan Administrator has your correct address and contact information, and so that you can designate your Beneficiary. |

A. | If you first qualified as a Participant on or after January 1, 1992, you are 100% vested in your account if you have at least (1) Hour of Service during the Plan Year. |

A. | You can withdraw money from your account if you are age 60 and terminate employment, if you are deemed disabled or if you separate from Covered Employment for a period of six consecutive months. |

A. | There are no loans. |

A. | The Trustees will decide how the Trust Fund is invested, and your account will be a share of the Trust Fund. Accordingly, your account will increase or decrease in value as the Trust Fund increases and decreases in value. |

A. | If you die before you terminate employment, the full amount then credited to your account will be paid to your Beneficiary. |
