    As most of you are aware, St. Louis County has continued to loosen restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the easing of those restrictions, the Local 513 Benefit Office is happy to announce, effective Monday, May 24th, 2021, Local 513 Benefit Office will no longer require appointments for visitors. The Benefit Office will be open to walk-in visitors during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


    St. Louis County has rescinded their mask mandate therefore, the Benefit Office is no longer requiring visitors to wear face coverings while in the officeHowever, the CDC strongly recommends that individuals who are not fully vaccinated continue to social distance and wear face coverings while indoors.


    Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we continue to make our way through this unprecedented time. We are looking forward to being able to better serve you by reopening our office to visitors!

     There are common benefit forms located at the Union Hall door and a drop box for your convenience.


    The Plan has elected not to send IRS Form 1095-B (“Health Coverage”) for the 2020 tax year, as permitted by IRS Notice 2020-76.  You do not need to file the form with your federal tax return, but some members may need the form to comply with state reporting requirements.  Members and beneficiaries may request for a copy of their Form 1095-B by:
