the IUOE Locals 877 & 70. Within this website, you will now have
access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to commonly requested forms, useful links,
and frequently asked questions regarding your benefits provided by the Plan. As

Our Fund offers
comprehensive medical, dental, and prescription drug benefits as well as life
insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability benefits to eligible
members and their dependents.
The medical plan is self-funded and administered by Health Plans, Inc. Members and covered dependents can access medical claim information at www.hpitpa.com This generous medical plan uses the Harvard Pilgrim PPO & United networks.
Other benefits offered by the
Fund include:
- Prescription drug benefit is administered through pharmacy benefit manager, CVS Caremark.
- Dental coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield.
- Vision coverage is offered through the NVA network with a benefit of $300 per person in a calendar year.

- Hearing aids through TruHearing. The Plan covers a hearing exam ($0 copay) and provides $1,000 per ear allowance toward hearing aids every 5 years.

are administered by Reliance Standard.
