• Provide on-site health checks: blood pressure/vitals, cholesterol, blood sugar
• Annual flu vaccinations
• Assist participants with community resources
• Promote preventive and wellness programs
• Provide informational/educational health related material
• Coordinate annual health screenings and periodic health education programs
• Assist participants in health care provider searches and compliance with physician treatment plans
