Medical and Prescription Benefits

Your medical and prescription benefit network is provided by Kaiser and United Healthcare. To get the most out of your benefits, it is best to use a provider that participates in the Kaiser or United Healthcare network. Dental Benefits

Your dental benefit network is provided by Standard Insurance Company, which is the primary dental coverage. The prepaid dental program is offered through Assurant Dental for California and Oregon members and through Dental Health Services for Washington participants. By using a participating provider that accepts the Standard Insurance Company, Assurant Dental or Dental Health Services network will ensure that you get the most out of your dental benefits provided by the Plan.
