Your Annuity Benefits

Your Annuity Benefits

The Board of Trustees are pleased to welcome you to the new Annuity website for the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 219 Trust Funds. Within this website, you will now have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to commonly requested forms, useful highlighted links, and general information regarding your benefit information.

As always, please feel free to contact the Benefit Office at (330) 779-8859 if you have any additional questions or concerns.

The Annuity Plan is a profit sharing plan, a type of defined contribution pension plan available to employees of signatory employers with Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 219. A defined contribution pension plan is a specialized type of tax-deferred retirement savings account to which Employers contribute on behalf of their employees. The amount of retirement benefits available depends entirely on the amount of contributions made over the years and investment earnings, if any, less operating expenses. The Annuity Plan is administered by John Hancock Retirement Plan Services.

You now have full access to your account online, by phone, and through our mobile app. When you log on or call John Hancock for the first time, you’ll use your Social Security number to create your unique Personal Identification Number (PIN)/Password. You’ll use your PIN/Password to access your account in the future. You can establish your PIN/Password any one of three ways:

Online: go to mylife.jhrps.com and click "Register now. Get started with your plan." Be sure to create your User Profile and, if you’d like, provide an email address.

Telephone: call 800.294.3575 (or 888.440.0022 for Spanish) and follow the prompts.

Mobile: scan the QR code located on the card below, or go to your iOS or Android app store and download the MyLifeNow mobile app, then follow the prompts.

You should file a Pension Application well in advance of the date you expect to receive your benefit. You may request an Application from the Trust Fund Office, as well as seek assistance in the application process. Early filing will help you to avoid a delay in the processing of your application and the payment of benefits.

For more information regarding your Pension benefits, please refer to the Annuity Documents page. As always, you can also contact the Trust Fund Office at (330) 779-8859 if you have any additional questions.
