Effective 1/1/2011 work month, stamp books are no longer applicable. To be eligible to receive Vacation benefits, you must have a PAC form on file with Local 94. The PAC form is available through the Fund Office, Local 94, or you can print from the website.

Yes. Your employer will withhold the Vacation Fund contributions in accordance with your collective bargaining agreement.

Vacation benefits are paid annually, beginning on February 1st. The payout will include all Vacation contributions reported for January - December work of the prior calendar year.

You will receive the contributions made on your behalf in accordance with your collective bargaining or participation agreement. Your vacation account does not pay interest.

Yes! You must submit your stamp book to the Local 94 by the December 31st that occurs no more than two years after the year you earned the vacation benefits. Otherwise, your benefits will be forfeited.
Please Note: Reference to stamp book applies for benefits earned in the 2010 calendar year and prior.
*Effective with 2011 work, if no PAC form is received within 2 calendar years from the year in which the benefits were earned, the vacation balance for that plan year will be forfeited.

Any vacation benefits remaining as of the date of your death will be paid to your beneficiaries or estate, in the following order: 1) Your surviving spouse or, if none, 2) Your children, in equal shares or, if none, 3) Your parents, in equal shares or, if none,4) Your estate

Yes. The Plan is required to honor any court order, garnishment, Federal or state tax levy or other final judgment of a court of law. If the Plan receives this type of order, the Plan will attempt to notify you of its existence and may be required to withhold a portion of your vacation benefits in accordance with applicable law.

Any vacation benefits earned in the calendar year in which you retired or separated from service will be eligible to be paid in the annual payout.
