Medical and Prescription Benefits

Your medical benefit network may be provided by Aetna, Kaiser, or Western Health Advantage (WHA) depending on the coverage option you have elected. Your prescription benefit network is provided by Magellan Rx if your medical benefit network is Aetna. If your medical benefit network is Kaiser, your prescription benefit network is also provided by Kaiser. If your medical benefit network is WHA, your prescription benefit network is also provided by WHA. To get the most out of your benefits, it is best to use a provider that participates in your network. Dental Benefits

Your dental benefit network is provided by Health Smart. Using a participating provider that accepts the Health Smart network will ensure that you get the most out of your dental benefits provided by the Plan. Vision Benefits

Your vision benefit network is provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP). Using a participating provider that accepts the VSP network will ensure that you get the most out of your vision benefits provided by the Plan.
