Your medical and prescription benefit network is provided by either Aetna, HealthNet, Kaiser or MediExcel. To get the most out of your benefits, it is best to use a provider that participates in the medical plan network selected. Dental Benefits

Your dental benefit network is provided by First Dental Health. Using a participating provider that accepts the First Dental Health network will ensure that you get the most out of your dental benefits provided by the Plan. Alternatively, the Western Dental plan may also be chosen. Vision Benefits
