Your Health Care Benefits

The Board of Trustees is pleased to welcome you to the new website for Washington State Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry Trust Funds, including the Seattle Area Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry Health Trust, Washington State Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry Pension Plan and Western Washington U.A. Supplemental Pension Plan. Within this website, you will now have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to commonly requested forms, useful links, and frequently asked questions regarding your benefits provided by the Plan. Once logged in, you can view your own personal account information by hovering over the "My Benefits" tab and selecting the appropriate option.

Medical and Prescription Benefits

Your medical benefit network is provided by Aetna.  To get the most out of your benefits, it is best to use providers that participate in the networks. To locate participating providers, you may visit the links to Aetna from this site or go directly to www.aetna.com . You may also click on the Aetna link on the right side of the page to connect to their website. 

Dental Benefits

Your dental benefit network is provided by Delta Dental. Using a participating provider that accepts a Delta Dental network will ensure that you get the most out of your dental benefits provided by the Plan.  To locate a participating provider, please contact Delta Dental at (206) 522-2300 or (800) 554-1907. Vision Benefits

Your vision benefit network is provided through VSP. Using a participating provider that accepts VSP will ensure that you get the most out of your vision benefits provided by the Plan.  To locate a participating provider or for questions regarding your vision benefits and claims, please contact VSP at (800) 877-7195 or click on the www.vsp.com link on the right side of the page to connect to their website.

Prescription Benefits 

Your prescription benefit network is provided by CVS and Caremark. To get the most out of your benefits, it is best to use providers that participate in the networks.
