You continue to remain eligible by (1) working in Covered Employment or by making a self-payment if you do not work enough hours or not working at all.

You can add a newborn by calling the Benefit Office. The newborn will be added for a grace period of 60 days, within 60 days you will need to provide a copy of the official Birth Certificate. To add a spouse to your policy you will need to provide a copy of the State Certified Marriage Certificate.

You must notify the Benefit Office and submit a copy of the final Divorce Decree.
