A. | October through March work months are included in the June 1st Vacation payout.

A. | No. Your Vacation Check will be mailed to your home address. Be sure that your home address is current with the Fund Administrator. |

A. | April through September work months are included in the December 1st payout.

A. | $3.00/hour for Cement Masons & $2.50 for Plasterers, unless working for a job with a “prevailing wage.”

A. | There could be a couple reasons -
- The last few days of the month could fall into the next month’s payroll. You should check with your employer; or
- The employer may not have paid the contributions to the Fund. Only monies that have already been contributed to the Fund can be distributed (check stubs cannot be used).

A. | All IRS Levy and/or Friend of the Court deduction decisions are based on legal documentation.

A. | Yes. Please fill out the Direct Deposit Form available under Vacation Documents located above and send to the Administrative Office.
