The Board of Trustees is pleased to welcome you to the new website for the Construction Workers' Trust Fund Regular Plan and NPL Plan, and Laborers' District Council Pension Plan for Baltimore and Vicinity. Within this website, you will now have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to commonly requested forms, useful links, and frequently asked questions regarding your benefits provided by the Plans.

Medical Network

Your medical network is provided by CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. To get the most out of your benefits, it is best to use a provider that participates in the CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield network. To locate a participating provider please contact (866) 505-8719. Prescription Network 

Your prescription benefit network is provided by CVS Caremark. To get the most out of your benefits, it is best to use a provider that participates in the CVS Caremark network. Dental & Vision Benefits

Your dental and vision benefits are provided by The Construction Workers' Trust Fund under the Regular Plan or NPL Plan.

For dental benefits, the Plans utilize a network of participating dentists through CIGNA Dental. You do not have to use a participating CIGNA dentist; however, use of a participating CIGNA dentist can result in savings for you and the Plans. To locate a CIGNA dentist please contact 800-797-3381. For vision benefits, you may use the provider of your choice. You will be reimbursed up to allowed amount based on Optical Benefits coverage provided through the Regular Plan or NPL Plan.
