The Idaho Plumbers and Pipefitters Pension Plan is a defined benefit retirement plan to provide vested participants with income for retirement. The Plan is funded through employer contributions made on your behalf while working, and for most participants this means while covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement as a member of one of the three particpating local UA unions, Local UA 296, Local UA 648 or Local UA 41.
