Medical and Prescription Benefits

For Active and Non-Medicare Retires, Your medical and prescription benefit network is provided by Anthem BCBS. To get the most out of your benefits, it is best to use a provider that participates in the Anthem BCBS network. To locate a participating provider call (800) 810-BLUE.  You may also click on the Anthem BCBS link on the right side of the page to connect to their website to locate a provider.

For Retirees on Medicare, Your supplement provider is Aetna. You may contact Aetna at (800) 282-5366 should you have any questions.

Dental Benefits

Your dental benefit network is provided by Delta Dental of Kentucky. Using a participating provider that accepts the Delta Dental of Kentucky** network will ensure that you get the most out of your dental benefits provided by the Plan. Vision Exam Benefits

Your vision exam benefit network is VSP.

Vision (Eye Glass), Hearing Aid, and Denture Benefits
