Frequently Asked Vacation Questions

Q.	How many payouts are there per year?
A.	There are 2 - one in June only by request (which is sent in March and has to be returned to the office by May 1st and the other payout is in December.

Q.	Can I have my Union Dues, Insurance payment, and Loan payments come out of my Vacation?
A.	Yes, as long as you have signed a Deduction Card.

Q.	For Vacation contributions, can I withdraw funds prior to the Annual pay out?
A.	Only if you have returned the request form to the Fringe Benefits Office by May 1st.

Q.	Is there a limit to the number of withdrawals that I can make during the year?
A.	Yes, there is a limit. You can only have 2 withdrawals.

Q.	Can I have my spouse or another designated person contact the Benefit Office for any of my balances?
A.	Yes, if you have signed a PHI on file with the Fringe Benefits Office naming that designated person.
