The Electrical Workers Local 357 Pension Plan A and Plan B is managed by a Board of Trustees comprised of both union and employer representatives. This website provides Participants and their dependents with online access to complete information about your Pension Plan.

Plan A is a defined benefit pension plan available to all employees working for Employers whose Collective Bargaining Agreement or other agreement obligates them to contribute to Plan A. All retirement benefits under Plan A are funded by Employer contributions.

Plan B is a profit sharing plan, a type of defined contribution pension plan available to employees of signatory employers with I.B.E.W. Local Union No. 357. A defined contribution pension plan is a specialized type of tax-deferred retirement savings account to which Employers contribute on behalf of their employees. The amount of retirement benefits available depends entirely on the amount of contributions made over the years and investment earnings, if any, less operating expenses. Plan B is administered by John Hancock. To access your personal Plan B information, please click here. You may also view Plan B information using the Pension Documents section of this website.

You should file a Pension Application well in advance of the date you expect to receive your benefit. You may request an Application from the Trust Fund Office, as well as seek assistance in the application process. Early filing will help you to avoid a delay in the processing of your application and the payment of benefits.
