For Credit Union contributions, if you choose to hold funds in the Benefit Office, you can request a check to be mailed to your home address.
You may only request a Credit Union contribution payout no more than once per month. These requests are sent to the Union Hall for approval prior to issuing. |

For Vacation Plan contributions, a hardship form must be filled out.
All hardships are issued after January 16th of each year for the prior year's work. Example: Payouts after 1/16/2018, include 2017 work received prior to 1/16/2018.
No hardships or early withdrawals are allowed on the Election Day or McCullough Day Plan contributions. |
