Your Health & Welfare Benefits

The U.A. Local No. 393 Health & Welfare Plan (“Plan”) includes coverage for medical (HMO or PPO), pharmacy, vision, dental, short-term disability, and long-term disability. In addition, the Plan includes a Voluntary Dependent Care Assistance FSA and an Extended Reserve Account HRA. The Plan contracts with a number of insurance providers and other organizations to provide these benefits to you.
