The Trustees approved a temporary combined Dental/Vision benefit option that can reimburse up to total combined Dental/Vision benefit of $1,500 for eligible dental care between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 20226 or eligible vision care between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. All reimbursements must be accompanied with an explanation of benefits or itemized breakdown of charges and proof of payment by Participant. Balance due statements are not acceptable.
