IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS
The Plan has elected not to send IRS Form 1095-B (“Health Coverage”) for the 2025 tax year, as permitted by IRS Regulation section 1.6055-1(g). You do not need to file the form with your federal tax return, but some members may need the form to comply with state reporting requirements. Members and beneficiaries may request for a copy of their Form 1095-B by:

I am ready to retire, what do I need to do?
Please contact the Union Hall to pick up a pension benefit application and learn more about how to apply. You must apply for your pension benefit in writing prior to the annuity starting date, but no less than thirty (30) days prior to commencing your benefit.
